We are a part of the Outdoor Living group (UK) Limited who have been in the industry for over 15 years offering a number of different products designed to enhance you outdoor living experience.

We are experts in all areas of outdoor living, whether it be glass verandas, glass rooms or any of our other outdoor shading products. Set up and still run by a family today, we have been in the industry for over 15 years. In this time, we have built an impeccable reputation for our unbeatable products, service and the overall experience you will have with us.

This is where we are very different. All our designers are employed and paid a salary unlike most of the other companies in the industry who use self-employed sales people who are paid purely based on what they sell in the form of commission.
This is why we are able to offer a very professional but relaxed service giving you the confidence that you are getting the best product for your situation and not what benefits the designers pocket best.

Every home is different, meaning each product is designed and manufactured to meet your unique specification and requirements. Installation costs can only be assessed once we have understood these requirements. Generally, the answer is no as the vast majority of properties in the UK will have permitted development rights. However, we would recommend contacting you local planning department to check the rules for your area. If planning is required, we are more than happy to assist you with the application.

All of our glass verandas and glass rooms carry a ten-year framework guarantee from the date of installation. Our other shading products and other finishing touches have a five-year framework guarantee. This covers both manufacturing and installation defects. Terms and conditions apply.

In most cases, glass verandas are installed in 1 – 2 days, and glass rooms in 3 – 5 days. This will vary depending on the size and specification of each individual installation.

All frame work is engineered from aluminium with a powder coated finish. Any structural reinforcements are fabricated from steel.

Yes, there is. Due to the unique way in which our products are constructed, you can install your glass room in stages. Starting off with a glass veranda first, you can then add the side glazing aspects, lighting and heating at a future date.

Unfortunately not. Due to the complexity of the products, along with the accuracy and skill that is required in erecting your glass room or veranda, we install all of our products ourselves.

In most situations, we will have a shade within our standard 55 colour range to suit existing frames, but in the unlikely event we do not, we can have the framework custom finished to any RAL code.
